When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days, though it may take up to 7 days. Shipping takes 2-6 business days after being dispatched. During sale periods, please allow 10-14 extra business days for order processing.

 

Shipping Estimates & Costs:

  • Australia: 3-5 business days, $25 or free for orders over $290
  • USA: 2-6 business days, $25 or free for orders over $290
  • Canada: 2-6 business days, $25 or free for orders over $290
  • New Zealand: 3-6 business days, $25 or free for orders over $290
  • Rest of World: 3-6 business days, $25 or free for orders over $290

*Please note: delivery addresses cannot be changed once the order is shipped.

 

How do you ship?

Orders are typically shipped via DHL, USPS, or UPS.  

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.  

 

Are International taxes and duties included in my final order cost?

Your order total does not include your country’s taxes and duties. These fees are calculated based on the items ordered, the shipping destination, and the order value. For details, please contact your local customs office. You as the recipient is consdiered the importer of record and responsible for all Import Fees.

If your package is uncollected or refused at customs, or for any returns or exchanges, we cannot refund the original shipping costs or any taxes and duties paid. If you refuse a shipment, you will still be responsible for the original purchase, shipping charges, any Import Fees, and the cost of returning the package. We advise against refusing a package, as it is not guaranteed to return to us, and you will not be eligible for a refund. Please be aware of these fees before placing your order.

We do our best to ensure timely delivery on all orders. Please note that the estimated delivery date above (provided by our carriers) does not account for delays caused by unusual circumstances or local customs processing times.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard DHL shipping on orders over USD$290 to all customers.
