Orders are processed and dispatched s quicky as possible, though it may take up to 7 days. Your order is expected to arrive within 10-14 days upon ordering.

Australia: 10-14 days, $25 or free for orders over $350

USA: 10-14 days, $25 or free for orders over $350

Canada: 10-14 days, $25 or free for orders over $350

New Zealand: 10-14 days, $25 or free for orders over $350

Rest of World: 10-14 days, $25 or free for orders over $350

Yes, we ship worldwide.  

Your order total does not include your country’s taxes and duties. These fees are calculated based on the items ordered, the shipping destination, and the order value. For details, please contact your local customs office. You as the recipient is consdiered the importer of record and responsible for all Import Fees.

If your package is uncollected or refused at customs, or for any returns or exchanges, we cannot refund the original shipping costs or any taxes and duties paid. If you refuse a shipment, you will still be responsible for the original purchase, shipping charges, any Import Fees, and the cost of returning the package. We advise against refusing a package, as it is not guaranteed to return to us, and you will not be eligible for a refund. Please be aware of these fees before placing your order.

We do our best to ensure timely delivery on all orders. Please note that the estimated delivery date above (provided by our carriers) does not account for delays caused by unusual circumstances or local customs processing times.
