Shipping

When will I receive my order?

We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1-3 business days but could take up to 7 business days. Once your order has shipped please expect it within 2-6 business days of ship date. Please note additional shipping costs for priority services are non-refundable and once the order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address. 

Your order will be shipped via DHL, though we sometimes ship USPS or UPS depending on the location of the inventory. 

Please allow an additional 10-14 business days for order processing during sale periods.

Unfortunately as we ship most of our items from China we do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Do you ship international?

We offer shipping to USA, Canada, Australia, NZ and the EU.

 

Are International taxes and duties included?

Unfortunately, your order total does not reflect your country’s duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the item(s) ordered, the shipment destination and the value of the purchase. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

If your package has been uncollected or refused at customs and for any returns or exchanges, we are unable to refund you the original shipping costs and/or any taxes and duties incurred. 

Please note that your order may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Maison Amory, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Maison Amory. We strongly advise against refusing a package as it is not guaranteed it will make it back to us and you will not be eligible for a refund or reimbursement for refused items. Please be aware of these fees before placing an order. 

 Possible delays

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please note that the above is an estimated delivery date provided from our carriers which does not include any delays due to unusual circumstances or your local customs processing times.
