Returns

Returns

If you’d like to make a return, you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate it. Returns are only accepted on new, unworn items with original tags and packaging, free from any washing, alterations, makeup marks, or scents. We reserve the right to return items that don’t meet these conditions. Shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Please note that sale items are final sale and shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

How do I create a return?

To initiate a return, please email us at info@maisonamory.com with your order number and reason for return.


How do I return my order from within the U.S.?

Begin by emailing us at info@maisonamory.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization number (RA#) and a prepaid shipping label. If you use this label, the postage cost will be deducted from your refund. If you need a new label, please email us, and we’ll send one over.

If you choose to use your own shipping method, please ensure the RA# is clearly marked on the outside of your return package.

 

How do I return from outside the U.S.?

Begin by emailing us at info@maisonamory.com with your order number and reason for return. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for orders placed outside the U.S., therefore return shipping fees must be covered by the customer. When sending your return, please make sure to declare it as “9801 US GOODS RETURNING” on the commercial invoice.

You may use the shipping carrier of your choice. Note that any duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.

Tip: We recommend sending us your return tracking number via email so we can monitor the status of your package.

 

Does my store credit expire?

Store credits issued for returns expire 1 year from the date it is issued.

 

When will I get my refund?

Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to issue the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.

 

Where is my refund?

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted or they may have a processing delay. If you have already done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@maisonamory.com.

 

Repeated returns

Please note we can monitor account activity and reserve the right to refuse transactions and or close customer accounts based on returns behavior.

 

Can I return a Sale item?

Sale items cannot be returned for a refund. We can offer store credit or exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles. If you have any questions regarding sizing, fabric or fit details please contact us prior to placing your order.

 

What if I received a Sale item that is damaged?

In the case of faulty sale items, please send us an email at info@maisonamory.com.

 

Shipping

The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning their items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund as a part of your return, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you chose to exchange your item, the time it may take for your exchange to be delivered will be dependent on your location, for more information email info@maisonamory.com.

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
