Where can I buy Maison Amory?

Maison Amory styles are available on our online store www.maisonamory.com and with our select global stockists. 

 

What currency is used online?

All prices on our website are in USD if not automatically converted by our currency selector. You can view the currency selector at the top left hand corner of our website. If you wish to browse in different currency, you may select from the available options shown in the currency selector.

 

How do I select the best size for me?

Our size guide is a general guideline. While our sizing is consistent, the measurements for each style may vary. If you're unsure about a specific style, please email us at info@maisonamory.com with your bust, waist, hip, and height measurements, and we'll help you find your perfect size. What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes. If you'd like to cancel your order, please email us at info@maisonamory.com with your order number in the subject line. We’ll do our best to help you before the order ships, but once it has been dispatched, we cannot cancel it.

 

Where can I see the status of my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please note, it can take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. Any details about preordered or canceled items will be included in a separate email.

 

What if I am unable to place an order?

If you’re encountering a recurring error during checkout, it may be due to a credit card issue or an error with your billing or shipping address. First, try reformatting the name and addresses and, if the issue persists, please email us at info@maisonamory.com for additional assistance.

 

Why does it look like I’ve been charged twice for my order?

What you're seeing is likely a temporary authorization. This is a common practice by banks to verify funds and credit card authenticity. It usually clears within 48 hours. To avoid duplicate orders, please click the ‘Place Order’ button once at checkout.

 

I ordered something and now it’s on sale; will you match the new price?

Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments for items that have been marked down.

 

What if I receive a damaged item?

What if my package is lost?

If your package is lost, please email us at info@maisonamory.com. We will file a claim with the shipping company and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I ship to a PO Box or a hotel?

Due to the signature requirements of our shipping partner, DHL, we cannot offer shipping to PO Boxes or hotels.
