How do I qualify for the Bridesmaids Bundle discount?

Your bridal party must purchase 5 or more gowns in a single order to unlock our exclusive 15% off group pricing. The discount is applied to the entire order — it is not available on individual gowns purchased separately. All gowns must be purchased within a single order and be shipped to one address.

How do I place a group order?

Contact us directly at info@maisonamory.com before placing your order. Our team will assist you with sizing, styling, and ensure the group discount is correctly applied.

What is the exchange and return window?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or store credit.

How many exchanges are allowed per order?

Each item is eligible for one exchange only. Once an item has been exchanged, it is considered final sale and cannot be exchanged again.

What happens to my discount if I return a gown?

If any gown is returned and the total order falls below the 5-gown minimum, the bundle discount is voided and the difference in pricing will be deducted from your refund. Please keep this in mind before initiating a return.

Can I exchange for a different style, color, or size?

Yes — exchanges are accepted for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.

Are there any items that are final sale and cannot be exchanged?

Any gown that has been previously exchanged is considered final sale. Additionally, items that show signs of wear, alterations, or damage are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

What about international orders — are there additional costs?

International orders may be subject to additional shipping fees, import duties, and customs taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Maison Amory. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
